How long do the results last?

Is it difficult to use? Can you do it alone?
No help is needed here and you don't need any previous experience to do it. The 3-step process only takes a few minutes, instructions and a tutorial video are included so you can easily perform your lift at home.
The easiest way to apply the Luxe Lashlift is to use it with a friend and relax. However, the application is also no problem alone.
How do I know which silicone size is for me?
This is all explained to you in the instruction manual.
S= strong lifting: perfect for short lashes
M= medium lifting: perfect for normal eyelashes
L= light lifting: perfect for long lashes
How often can the Luxe Lashlift Set be repeated?
The Luxe Lashlift Set is gentle on your eyelashes. Nevertheless, we recommend waiting at least 3 weeks between lifts to avoid overworking. Ideally, once the effect has worn off, that is 8 weeks later.
Can I apply mascara or shower afterwards?
Can I apply mascara afterwards?
Yes, but it is recommended that you leave your lashes untouched for at least 24 hours after treatment. You may not need to apply mascara anyway. However, if you want to make your lashes even fuller, a non-waterproof mascara is recommended, as removing waterproof mascaras can put a lot of stress on the lashes and weaken the lift.
Can I take a shower afterwards?
Of course. But it's best to avoid it for the first 24 hours.
Can I dye my eyelashes after the lift?
Yes, you can. You can simply use our Luxe Tint Set.
It is best to tint your lashes after the treatment. You can find more about this in the instructions.
However, make sure that 24h after the application no water or other liquids come into contact with your lashes, otherwise the effect may be lost.
Who is a Luxe Lashlift Set not suitable for?
A Luxe Lashlift Set is not suitable for you if you have chronically dry eyes, conjunctivitis, an active eye infection of any kind, trichotillomania, have recently undergone chemotherapy (please wait at least one year after your last treatment).
The eyelashes have not lifted properly. What to do?
Most people rush through the process, which is why their eyelashes do not lift properly. The two solutions that should be given extra attention and time are the fixation and perm lotion. If either of these solutions are removed too soon, the lashes will not absorb the ingredients properly.
Note: If your lashes are thick, it doesn't mean you should apply the solution too heavily. This would destroy the lift again.

For example, if you don't have very long lashes and want a strong curl, size S is probably right for you. However, if you have very long eyelashes, this pillow will probably be too small, then you are better off with M or L.
I have applied it, but I do not see any difference
It is important that you really follow all the steps correctly and keep to the given times for exposure to the substances.
If you continue to have problems, ask another person to help you the first time, and the next time you will be able to do it better on your own.

The eyelash pad does not hold
1. Clean the pad and your eyelid thoroughly
2. Apply a thin layer of glue to the back of the eyelash pad and let it dry for 30-60 seconds until you stick the pad to your eyelid.
3. Now press the eyelash pad calmly for about 60-90 sec. on your eyelid.
If this is not enough, repeat steps 1 and 2, but this time apply a thin layer of glue to your eyelid & the back of the lash pad. If necessary, you can also apply some glue afterwards (e.g. if one corner of the pad does not hold).
